Going Bare…
It is hard to miss one of the most popular wedding trends out there… a “naked” wedding cake. These cakes, which are mostly unfrosted, are perfect for an outdoor or rustic wedding or for couples that are looking for an alternative to the traditional wedding cake. For my first “Birch Blog” posting I want to take the time to tell you a little bit about myself and why I’ve decided to take on this new adventure… I’m Julie Park a super proud mama of four, one girl and three boys!
